  • EGift Cards cannot be replaced, returned or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  • iSkin eGift Cards are redeemable only at iSkin.com for merchandise or services (shipping) only.
  • iSkin eGift Card is not a credit or debit card.
  • You can only access your iSkin eGift Card by entering the exact email address where you received your eGift Card.
  • When returning merchandise that was purchased online using an eGift Card, the original eGift Card will be credited. A new eGift Card will not be issued.
  • EGift Cards have no expiration date, and there is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for a long period of time.
  • Please contact us at inquire@iskin.com if the recipient did not receive the eGift Card.
  • EGift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Purchases in a currency different than the currency of this eGift Card will be subject to an exchange rate conversion on the day of payment.
